How it works

How it works

  1. Drop the file

XML, a PDF with embedded XML, or a signed .p7m. Add a whole folder of invoices if you like.

  2. Read it in your language

Field names switch to English, German, French, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Dutch, Finnish or Swedish. The invoice text stays as written.

  3. Check it and download it

Totals, VAT and the IBAN are checked for you. Save a clean PDF, a CSV of the lines or the data as JSON.

Why

Why this exists

An e-invoice is a data file, not a document. Open an XRechnung in a browser and you get a wall of tags. Open a Polish KSeF invoice and the totals hide in fields called P_13_1 and P_15.

Most countries offer a free viewer for their own format, in their own language. That works until you buy from three countries. Then you need three tools, two of which you can't read.

This viewer handles all of them and shows the invoice in your language. It runs in your browser, so the invoice never reaches our server. We can't see your suppliers, prices or bank details, and we don't want to.

FAQ

Questions

Is the e-invoice viewer free?
Yes. Opening, reading and checking invoices is free with no limit. You also get three downloads a day. A 24-hour pass or the monthly plan removes the download limit and adds batch exports.
Are my invoices uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read inside your browser and never sent to a server. That's also why it works on confidential supplier invoices.
How do I open an XML invoice?
Drop the .xml file into the viewer on this page. It reads XRechnung, Peppol and other UBL files, CII, FatturaPA, KSeF and Finvoice, and shows the invoice as a readable document in your browser. No software to install.
Which formats can I open?
XRechnung (UBL and CII), ZUGFeRD and Factur-X PDFs, Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 and its national variants (EHF, Svefaktura, OIOUBL), FatturaPA as XML or signed .p7m, Polish KSeF FA(2) and FA(3), and Finvoice.
How do I convert an e-invoice to PDF?
Open the file here and press Download PDF. You get an A4 invoice with all lines, VAT, payment details and notes, with the labels in the language you picked.
Can I open a .p7m file without a signing program?
Yes. The viewer takes the invoice out of the signed envelope and shows it. It doesn't verify the signature, so use your signing software or the SdI if you need that.
Is this a legal validation?
No. The checks catch the common problems: totals that don't add up, wrong VAT amounts, an invalid IBAN, missing fields. For a formal check use the official validator of the country, such as the KoSIT validator for XRechnung.
What's the difference between XRechnung and ZUGFeRD?
XRechnung is pure XML with no visual layer. ZUGFeRD is a PDF that carries the same kind of XML inside it. Both follow the European standard EN 16931, and the viewer reads both.
Can I open many invoices at once?
Yes. Drop as many files as you want and switch between them in the list. With a pass or Pro you can export a summary CSV of all of them, or all of them as PDFs in one zip.
