By using the MD viewer you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The MD viewer is a web tool by Nordic Software that runs in your browser. Viewing is free. Some exports and features need a paid 24-hour pass or a monthly subscription.
Exports are produced from the Markdown you provide. Check important documents before you send them.
Free use includes a daily number of exports, shown in the tool. We may change the free allowance at any time.
A 24-hour pass is a one-time payment that gives you the paid features for 24 hours from the time of purchase, on the device where you activate it or any device where you restore your access key. It does not renew.
A monthly subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page linked in the tool; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices are shown before checkout and include VAT where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe.
If something doesn't work as described, email support@nordicsoftware.net within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you. If you are a consumer in the EU, you agree that a pass or subscription starts immediately after purchase, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the digital service has started.
Your access key is personal. Don't publish or resell it. We may revoke keys that are shared widely or obtained through fraud or chargebacks.
Don't use the tool for unlawful purposes, don't try to break or overload it, and don't use it to process files you have no right to process.
The tool is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Nordic Software is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nordic Software's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
