Information We Collect
UniKello is designed to keep your data on your device. The entries, schedules, and history you create in the App are stored locally and are not uploaded to Nordic Software's servers. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs in this App.
How We Use Your Information
Any information UniKello collects is used to provide, maintain, and improve the App, respond to support requests, and, where applicable, confirm purchases or subscriptions made through the App Store. We do not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to operating the App without your consent.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
Nordic Software does not sell your personal information. UniKello does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs — the only outside party involved in operating the App is Apple, which processes purchases through the App Store on Nordic Software's behalf. We do not share your personal entries or logged content with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide UniKello and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Content you create within the App — such as entries or logs — remains on your device and is retained for as long as you keep the App installed, or until you delete it yourself. If you export your journal as a PDF, that exported file is stored wherever you choose to save or share it, separately from the App.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Since most content in UniKello is stored on your device, you can typically access, edit, or delete it directly within the App, or by deleting the App itself. Tracking Technologies
UniKello is a native app, not a website, so traditional browser cookies don't apply. The App does not use third-party advertising identifiers or tracking SDKs of any kind.
Children's Privacy
UniKello is designed to be used in the presence of young children, but it is set up and configured by a parent or guardian. The App does not require an account and does not collect personal information directly from the child using it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information outside of this context, please contact us at support@nordicsoftware.net so we can address it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by UniKello. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Data Transfers
Because UniKello stores your data locally on your device, your information generally does not leave your device. Any purchase or subscription records Apple shares with us may be processed in countries other than your own.
