About Nordic Software

Nordic Software is a small independent studio. Right now that means five apps: GainEngine, HybriFit, PEPTIX, UniKello and First Year. Each one exists because we wanted it ourselves and the versions already on the store weren't good enough.

There are no investors to answer to and no roadmap set by anyone outside the studio. We keep the catalogue small so we can keep it good.

We use every app we publish. A rough edge we wouldn't tolerate ourselves doesn't get shipped.

Kept simple

Most feature ideas get cut. That's deliberate, and it's why the apps still open instantly.

No shortcuts

We'd rather push a release back a week than ship something slow or leaky.

Made to last

We charge once wherever we can, and we don't publish apps we're planning to walk away from.
