KSeF
KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) is Poland's national e-invoicing system. Large companies have issued invoices through it since February 2026 and most other businesses since April 2026. The invoice is an XML file following the FA(3) structure.
Polish buyers see their invoices in the government app or their accounting software. Foreign buyers usually get the XML, or a PDF printout with a QR code, and the XML isn't written for people.
KSeF
KSeF stores amounts in numbered fields: P_13_1 is the net amount at the standard rate, P_14_1 its VAT, P_15 the total. The viewer turns them into a normal VAT breakdown with labels such as 'Services under art. 100 (np)' or 'Reverse charge (oo)'.
Labels switch to English, German, Swedish, Finnish and five other languages. The line descriptions stay in Polish, as written by the seller.
