Peppol
Peppol is an international network for sending business documents between companies and public bodies. Invoices travel through it in a format called Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, which is UBL following EN 16931.
Belgium made Peppol e-invoicing mandatory between businesses in January 2026. The network is also standard in Norway (EHF), Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands and further afield, such as Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan.
Peppol
Your access point delivers the XML, but you may want to read an invoice before it reaches the books, forward it to a colleague, or file it as a PDF. Drop it here for that. Files wrapped in an SBDH envelope open too.
